Family-owned & operated since 2000

AK Carpet & More is a proud, local family-owned business. It was founded in 2000 by Andrea Still and her father, Ken Burling. In 2022, Andrea sold the business to a local couple, Rex and Cathy Rozmus.

Rex brings over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, including time as a representative for one of the distribution companies AK Carpet & More works with. When taking over, he made a deliberate choice to retain the current staff—because they are excellent at what they do, our customers love them, and quite simply, they’re awesome.

Meet Our Team

Reeni Henley
With the company since 2013, Reeni brings over 35 years of experience in the floor covering industry. She also has extensive expertise in ceramic tile.
Wendy Burling
The friendly voice you hear when you call. Wendy helped open the store in 2000, took a brief hiatus to raise her children, and returned in 2009.
Jared Juhl
Joined our family in 2025. Coming from the disaster and restoration field, Jared contributes across sales, warehousing, measures, and estimates, helping to make AK Carpet & More even stronger.
Rick Olson
Our in-house hardwood installer since 2020. His expert installation skills and welcoming personality (and fabulous mustache!) make him a favorite among customers and coworkers alike.

We also collaborate with the best flooring installers in the Willamette Valley. Thanks to their support, AK Carpet & More has been able to assist countless families and businesses with their floor covering needs over the years.
